"The experience of social praxis".
This study is a collective reflection on the activity of the Commission of Associates, from the
Moreno Branch of the Credicoop Bank. Its aim is to analyze cooperative management from the
perspective of its social practices, practices which allow cooperative workers to position themselves
as active agents of their current situations, so that, in turn, they are able to transform
their reality within the framework of the concept of cooperativism. It is a concept that stimulates
solidarity in spaces that allow for intervention, alongside the development of a cultural framework
that is capable of questioning the status quo. The systematization of this experience begins
with an analysis of the different possible scenarios where solidarity intervention could take place,
based on meetings with seven work cooperatives in the area, and it ends by reflecting on the
potential, as well as the obstacles, that are implied by the proposal of participation, together with
initiatives that stimulate the transformation of everyday realities and situations.
