"Cooperativism of work and social security"
The article presents a summary of the discussions and issues raised in the talk "Cooperative work
and social security: existing challenges and proposals" on June 18, 2013 at the Cultural Center
of Cooperation "Floreal Gorini". It addresses the peculiarities of self-managed work and the main
problems with respect to the five components of social security that reach these organizations:
retirement, health insurance, ART (occupational risk), family allowances and unemployment insurance.
Finally, we present different alternatives to move forward in the resolution of the existing
problems.
