"The cooperative decade".
This section seeks to spark the debate on cooperativism in Argentina, based on content of the
document “Plan for a Cooperative Decade”, written by the ICA (International Cooperative Alliance),
which contributes to the reflections on the potential and possibilities of cooperative organizations.
As well as introducing the “Plan” and the document on “Southern Sub-region positions
surrounding the ICA Project Towards a Cooperative Decade”, the text looks at the opinions of four
of the Argentine representatives who participated in the Extraordinary General Assembly of the
ICA in Manchester: Edgardo Form, Ariel Guarco, Ricardo López, y Darío Farcy.
